8-12 weeks support depending on package chosen, this will focus on attachment and bonding, working together to feel confident and relaxed in your new role as parents. Anxiety and depression affects up to one in five expecting and new mums. I specialise in supporting mothers mentally in the perinatal period, debriefing after delivery, adjusting to parenting and parenting with anxiety.

Whether you're breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, many women need support with infant feeding. A 1.5 hour home visit to sensitively support you to feel confident and optimise your baby’s growth and development.
To best support you, I will organise time around a feed to visit, so I can assess and give guidance as needed.

Two hour morning coaching visit understanding sleep, and assistance with settling baby if required. Taking a bespoke approach to each family, I’ll join you to provide gentle, sensitive guidance and support.

Conducted in a small group setting of 6-8 new parents, my classes are a great way to meet other new parents while bonding with your baby.
Infant massage is a great way to gain confidence in handling your baby and learn about your baby through touch. Massaging babies has been proven to help relieve colic and aid digestion, and can be beneficial for maternal mental health. I also share tips that may help you with wind-down routines to aid baby's sleep.
